My textile art focuses on '​Victorian Lampshades Revisited!​'  

​​Creating ​lampshades ​with ​silky​ fabrics​ in ​vibrant colors, ​embellishing them with vintage lace, ​beads and crystals​, then pairing them with tinted-to-match, refurbished antique lamps​ brings me such joy and fulfillment. I love playing with the light and shadow as I design and construct each ​piece​.

What a lovely excuse to explore the arts, customs and patterns from different cultures!

You'll find my work in homes across the US, Oregon bed and breakfasts, local cafes, offices, and grand hotels. I shipped a shade to client in Australia this year and am thrilled to have two on the set of the television drama series, "Billions."
