Printmaking

Travels around the world influences me. I capture ideas from ancient and modern architecture, landscapes, and organic forms. Combining subjects from manmade designs with nature’s own architectural engineering intrigues me.

Mixed with a touch of fantasy I use lines and pattern to create my land- and cityscapes. Creatures, dreamlike plants, and objects are developed with forms and shapes, some with or without references, then grown into images.

Some work includes a natural botanical, or have a fantasy element, and can even been turned upside down to see a different point of view. With those details I want to fuel the viewer’s imagination, so they want to look again.
